website and services provided via www.todatesnacks.com (the “Website”). By
placing an order, registering an account, or using the Website, you agree to be
bound by these terms.

Eligibility

To place an order or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and legally
capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

Products

We offer healthy snack bars and related products made from natural ingredients. All
product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject
to change without notice. We strive to ensure all details are accurate, but errors may
occur.

Orders

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does
not mean your order has been accepted.
- A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors
or product unavailability.

Order mistake from us

If we make a mistake and send you a wrong product, we will ask you to send the
product back to us. We will be responsible for the shipping costs in this instance, and
will reissue you a full refund or send you the correct product.

Pricing and Payment

- All prices are in [EUR] and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- You agree that the prices for our products may without notice change and that we
will not bear any liability to you or any third party for any price change.
- We accept secure payments via [list payment gateways, e.g., PayPal, credit/debit
cards, etc].
- You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have authority to
use it.

Shipping and Delivery

- Orders are dispatched within 4 working days.
- We deliver all over Cyprus.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, you must contact us as soon as you
notice the mistake. If the order has not been sent yet, we will change the shipping
address without any extra cost to you. If the order has been set, we will still correct
the shipping address, but you will be liable for the extra delivery cost.
You accept that shipping costs are not included in the original price of any product
displayed on our website. We will, however, add shipping costs as an additional
charge on the checkout page. You understand that shipping costs differ and are
calculated based on the location on which delivery will be made.

Returns and Cancellations

All of our snacks are food items and are either perishable or sealed for hygiene and
safety. Therefore, once your order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be
cancelled or refunded.

Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have any issues with your order (e.g., damaged items or delivery errors), please contact us at hello@todate.com.cy within 48 hours of receiving your package,
and we will do our best to assist you.

Accounts

You may create an account to manage your orders and preferences. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity
under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and designs, is the
intellectual property of Todate Snacks and may not be used without prior written
consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses arising from use or inability to use the Website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our
reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain
disruptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be
posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website after
changes means you accept the updated terms.
